However, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

c. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the delivery address and contact details provided. Any additional charges incurred due to incorrect or incomplete information will be your responsibility. d. If you are not available to receive the delivery, we may leave the package at your doorstep or with a neighbour, depending on the circumstances. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the package after delivery has been made.
5. Cancellations and Returns:
a. Cancellations or changes to your order may be accepted within a specified time frame before the scheduled delivery. Please refer to our cancellation and return policy on our website for more information.

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs
We offer the following shipping options - you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout.
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order minimum 1 hour to maximum of 6 hours time frame.
Order Processing Time All orders placed before 11 PM Monday to Sunday are processed and dispatched the next day, this is because we are procuring direct from farms.
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order.
Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges We want you to be completely happy with your purchase - please read our return & refund policy for detailed information about our processes.
Return & Exchange Policy

We have a "no questions asked return at delivery and refund policy" which entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the products delivered. We will take the returned product back with us and issue a credit note for the value of the returned products which will be credited to your wallet on farmhamper. This can be used to pay for your subsequent shopping bills.
